Headers & Exhaust

Here are some pics of some custom made  headers and pipes.

Passenger side view, The A/C box was installed without any mods

Below notice the tubes go around the steering shaft. All primary tubes are equal length  for highest performance possible

Above is a custom set of headers made for a 440 dodge 

2 3/8 inch mandrel bent primary tubes, equal length into a 4' collector. Made  to fit pontiac t/a with a big chevy

3' mandrel bent tailpipe  for Chevelle

V 8 Fiero conversion. Small Chevy stuffed into a Fiero needed a little more flow. 3' Y-pipe to get all the gasses out the back 

2' mandrel bent primary tubes into 4' collector.  39 plymouth with a big chevy 
64 chev pick-up, complete exhaust made from high grade stainless steel .3' front to back including crossover pipe. the complete system can be polished to a chrome like finish. (yah I know, bad picture)

Quick clamps makes it easy to change from street to track

Complete the system with an all mandrell bent extension pipe in to a  custom axel pipe to get the spent gasses out.

Cold air intake with a high pressure pop-off valve .Air flows through a custom inter-cooler, made to fit with no mods to the body or chassis.

The exaust is tuck up tight to the floor to give optimum ground clearance for the lowered car

The bumper cover and all original ferrings  fit nicely with no modifications
